The Jacksonville Center is located at 220 Parkway Lane South in Floyd, Virginia, (on Rte 8) half a mile south of the stoplight in downtown Floyd.
The school is on the site of a 1940's dairy farm which was transformed in the late 1990's to a community arts facility called The Jacksonville Center. The Center takes its name from the former name of the town of Floyd prior to its incorporation in 1896.
