Bidding opportunities will be during business hours and at the Autumn Concert Reception on September 18 and at the social hour immediately before the Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner on September 25.

Application Process for Hayloft Gallery Exhibits
To download an application for a particular exhibit, click one of the two links directly below the listing of the exhibit title on this page.
The first link is for a Microsoft Word document which can be filled out on your computer, saved and then emailed.
The second of the two links for each exhibit listing is for downloading a PDF application form, which can printed and filled out by hand to submit with payment, photos and artist’s statement by USPS mail or in person. Those with scanners can scan completed applications to submit by email if MS Word is not an option.
If not submitting application online:
Please mail or deliver hard copies of application form, payment, photos and artist’s statement to:

Application Process Online:
To submit the gallery application form by email, please send completed application form as an attachment to info@jacksonvillecenter.org. Please save application form as “(LastName), (Exhibit Title)(last two digits of year)”. For example – “SmithNewWorks10.doc”
In addition to submitting the application, you’ll need to have accomplished the following:
-email the image(s) of your work (or alternate method such as mailing or dropping off in person). Image(s) of work can be emailed to info@jacksonvillecenter.org with subject heading, Gallery Application for (Your Name).
-submit payment online through PayPal Payment via the “Buy Now” link on this page (or alternate method such as mailing or dropping off in person). Directions are provided on the payment page.
