Acceptance
The Jacksonville Center is operated in a nondiscriminatory basis with regards to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, age, or handicap. Complaints of discrimination may be sent to the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Washington D.C. 20250.

However, the center reserves the right to refuse service to individuals for reasons other than those named above.

Studio Safety
All studio users must abide by the safety guidelines posted in each studio and prescribed by instructors. Failure to do so may result in removal from a class without a refund.

Alcohol
Alcohol is not permitted in studios or public areas, except during special events and then only under the direct supervision of the center.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside any building at The Jacksonville Center.

Drugs
Illegal drugs are not permitted on campus.

Firearms
Firearms are not permitted on campus.

Pets
Visitors are not permitted to have pets with them on campus with the exception of disability service animals.

Personal Property
The Jacksonville Center is not responsible for the security of property belonging to students and instructors.
